[*]Why do you think you are qualified for the Kessel Networks Staff Team?
I have experience as an admin on other games although i am not familiar with gmod's admin system. I am a very laid-back person and don't get angered easily allowing me to handle frustrating situations well. I also want to support this great community and team to the best of my ability.

[*]Why do you want this position?
Decided to answer Daddy Dane's call to arms for new staff members and help this community grow. But I want to make sure that players can always have a positive experience on Kessel server(s). I also want to do what i can in assisting with quick builds for events and general server updates as the server evolves.

[*]What do you think you can bring to the Staff Team? (What is/are your best qualities?)
As I mentioned before I am a very mild-tempered person. This allows me to deal will people fairly and quickly. I also enjoy designing dupes that can be used for events. Another thing is that I can handle stressful situations and just daily stress very well.

[*]Do you have any past experience with staff, if yes, elaborate, if no, disregard the 3 sentence requirement.
I have been staff on several servers in another game. Its a team based game with a few competitive servers and usually we kept a low tolerance for bullshit. We also prioritized a progession punishment system, i.e keep doing something and the punishment gets worse each time.

[*]You witness two commanders arguing over something incredibly stupid and unimportant, what do you do?
Depending on the subject of argument tell them to either take it to a pm or handle it in a calm manner. Seperate them to cool off if needed. Most importantly just make sure they do not set a bad example for other players and keep them from causing unneeded tension amongst themselves.

[*]A single player calls for RDM in the admin chat, but the killbox has no display of anyone killing anyone else, what do you do?
Ask the player why they have called for RDM and warn them to not make false calls in the future to avoid punishment. If the case is they were attacked and the aggressor was interupted then i would check damage logs(pretty sure thats a thing) and deal with the offender accordingly. Also make sure the player does not continue to call false RDM(or anything else)

[*]A group of players have legitimate complaints about the way you handle things, how do you respond to this?
Firstly thank them for their feedback and patience. Then make sure I get a clear idea of what they have a problem with and ask their views on how to improve said areas. I will make sure to take feedback from players to improve myself in future situations.

[*]Someone is trying to give you advice, but you need to go deal with something real quick first, how do you tell them you need to do something, without making it seem like you are trying to dodge their criticism?
Kindly tell them that i have important administrative duties to attend to at the moment. Reassure them that they can contact me on steam or in discord. Thank them for taking time to give support.

[*]Someone is criticizing your work, how do you respond?
I do not tolerate people who just complain about everything. However if the person has constructive criticism I will take their views into account and see how they think I could improve. A staff team that is unwilling to take constructive criticism and adapt will only choke the server out and ruin the experience for everyone.

[*]You are helping a GameMaster with an event for whatever reason, there are other staff on but someone wants to talk to you personally instead, how do you respond?
Inform the GM that another member needs my attention at that time and that there are other staff who can take my place in the meantime. Assure the GM that i will be back to assist as quickly as possible. Finally see what the person needs and if it is not important return to assist the GM.
